Social Spring CUP is our traditional 7vs7 pre-season fast-paced, simple one day tournament, held for the seventh time. The winner will receive free entrance to our Summer Social CUP 2026 tournament on July 11th or any next tournament.

Explanation: Spring CUP+team name
The schedule will be announced as soon as 14 teams have registered, or about 3-4 days before the tournament.

Just a chance to get some pre-season games in good quality environment – we keep it simple, no medals.
You are welcome to use Sauna after the tournament at Loo spordihoone. Buy snacks and hot meals at 2ampsu foodtruck.
Rules
7vs7
14 minute games
NB! To keep the game safe for everyone, we use no-sliding tackle rule. Sliding tackle is not allowed within 1m radius of the opponent with the ball. Direct freekick/penalty will be given.
Only the goalkeeper is allowed to slide while defending his goal.

Player restrictions:
Players who have played or are playing in Meistriliiga or Esiliiga A during the 2023-2026 seasons are not allowed.
Deciders If two or more teams have the same amount of points:
1) head-to-head points
2) head-to-head goal difference in the games between teams in question(if 3 teams have the same results).
3) overall goal difference
4) overall goals scored
5.1) Penalties (until the first mistake), Only one shooter!
5.2) Lotto (if 3 teams have the same results)
If teams are tied in playoffs, then a penalty shootout with 3 shooters will be held.
Disciplinary:
Yellow card = 2 minutes without 1 player or until a goal is scored against the team who got a yellow card.
If both teams get yellow cards at the same time then they will both continue playing 1 player less if a goal is scored.
Red card = player skips one game. The team plays without one player until a goal is scored against the team who got a red card.
Two yellow cards do not equal a red card!
If a goalkeeper receives a yellow card, then another on-field player can go to the bench instead of him.
Referees have the option to remove a violent team from the tournament.
